Palacio de Sada Rosé is the most exclusive version of the rosés of Bodega de Sada. A careful selection of our best Grenache grapes, ripened under the influence of the cool climate of the Baja Montaña, gives this rosé a surprisingly delicate, elegant and refined style. A wine of great personality.
Wine-making
Produced by bleeding the grapes directly from the tank, we obtain only the free-run juice for subsequent fermentation at low temperatures, thus preserving the aromas and freshness of the Grenache grapes.
Vines
Mountain vineyards of Grenache of cold climate due to the proximity of the Pyrenees. They are located in the small town of Sada, in the north-east of Navarre.
Tasting notes
Beautiful pale pink colour, with salmon tones, clean and bright, with delicate citrus aromas, and floral notes of rose and violet. The palate is fresh, with good acidity, and a persistent elegant final.
